Project Description

We partnered with Mayo Clinic of Rochester to produce a series of recruitment videos during the COVID-19 pandemic. With in-person visits and travel no longer possible, Mayo needed a way to showcase their world-class facilities, departmental culture, and life in Rochester to prospective recruits.

Working with multiple departments across the hospital, we produced interview-driven videos featuring faculty, staff, and industry leaders, paired with b-roll highlighting advanced equipment and clinical environments. The goal was to create an authentic, informative look at both the professional opportunities within Mayo Clinic and the community surrounding it; helping potential recruits understand what it’s like to work and live in Rochester, even from a distance.

Hero Asset

We provided full end-to-end production for this project. This included research, pre-interviews, and pre-production planning to ensure a strong understanding of complex medical topics and departmental needs. On site, we handled directing, interviewing, filming, lighting, & audio. In post-production, we managed editing, color, audio, and final delivery of multiple recruitment videos.
